Not very effective at all. My Centrum vitamins work just as well or better. The product contains lead also, according to the warning label. Will not purchase again.

Keeps muscles active and ready so when you work out you get a great pump. What I love most is I don’t feel sick after taking them like I do with GNC. Gives good energy to help through the day and feel good.

Great vitamin that I have been taking this for about 6 months. I ran out for a few days and noticed a difference in energy and sleep. Better than any others I have taken.

I have only been using it for 2 weeks and i already feela difference with energy levels. I work 14 hours a day 3 to 6 days a week. This has helped me with my focus at work and helped me my energy for my lover at home. To be fair i also started dieting on baked/grilled fix and increasing my protein intake which i am sure helped

Great product, I love that it is a Multi-vitamin with a testosterone boost in it. Since I am not getting any younger.

Good quality helps me a lot to get what I need after working hard at work and get home and work out . I always feel good and sleep better with the vitamin. And I feel more of a push when I take them . And when I don't I feel more of a lag throughout the day .

I think it's a good vitamin I have never noticed any enhancement effects from it

Good product, but it gives me like a sun burnt feeling on my forehead, probably due to the test booster

Didn’t notice much of a difference. Neon yellow pee was the major difference. I use GAT pre-workout which is much better.
